China cannot be separated from the world: Xi Jinping

Chinese President Xi Jinping has said that China cannot be separated from the rest of the world in order to make progress. Because both will need each other for prosperity. He made the remarks while unveiling China's new development model on Tuesday.

In a video conference with the heads of state, the Chinese president said China is accelerating its efforts to set a new example of development. Local performance is being taken as the main basis in this.

However, domestic and international circulation will strengthen each other. China cannot be separated from the rest of the world in achieving this progress. China also needs to improve the world.

Xi Jinping said, ‘New methods are being put in place to build an open economy of higher quality. China will remain committed to a strategy that benefits both sides for an open economy.

The Chinese president further said that he welcomes all parties to capitalize on China's development opportunities and cooperate more actively with China.

In an article published in the QUCISS, the official journal of the Communist Party of China, on October 31, Xi wrote that China would no longer follow the previous economic model.

In the previous model, China had to rely on foreign exports for development. Now the country will follow the model of local development in the country.

According to a report by the country's state-run Xinhua news agency, China has set a goal of sustainable economic growth for the next five years, by 2025.

Last October, Chinese President Xi Jinping and members of the Central Committee held a closed-door meeting. The country's 14th Five-Year Plan was drawn up at the meeting of leaders involved in the ruling party's decision-making process. The plan is seen as a blueprint for the country's economic and social development.

In terms of the overall situation, China wants to increase its gross domestic product (GDP) to the level of a middle developed country by 2035. China wants to strengthen its market power by carrying out further reforms in various fields.

In this case, the country will adopt the 'dual circulation' model. This will make the country self-sufficient in technology and will be used as a stepping stone to development. It will also change the supply sector by increasing local demand and supply efforts.
